Privacy
As of [date of publication]
The short version: this website sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites. We count visits and clicks on job ads anonymously, to know which roles are of interest. We only process personal data when you sign up for the newsletter, write to us or send us a job suggestion.

2. Visiting this website
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser used. We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. The log files are deleted after [7] days. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider.
3. Visitor statistics without cookies
To know how many people use the website and which job ads they open, we count page views and clicks on links to job ads on our own server. We store only totals per day, the page and, for clicks, the job, organisation and field. We store no IP addresses, no device information and nothing that could identify you.
In addition, we use Umami Cloud, provided by Umami Software, Inc., 28 Geary St, Suite 650 #243, San Francisco, California, USA. Umami is a statistics service that works without cookies and stores no personal data. It counts page views, the referring site, country, device type and clicks on links to job ads. Your IP address is only used in anonymised, hashed form to tell visits apart and is never stored. No profile of you is created, and you cannot be recognised across websites. The statistics are stored on servers in the EU. Because the provider is based in the USA, access from the USA cannot be ruled out. We have concluded the provider’s data processing agreement, which contains safeguards for such transfers.
Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in understanding which roles are of interest and in showing employers how many people open their ads.
We do not use cookies, social media plugins or advertising networks. Fonts are stored on our own server, so opening a page sends no data to font providers. Search and filters work in your browser and are not stored.
4. Newsletter
If you sign up for our weekly email, we process your email address. You only receive the newsletter after confirming your address via a link we send you (double opt-in). The time of sign-up and confirmation is recorded to be able to prove your consent.
The newsletter is sent through MailerLite, provided by MailerLite, Inc., 548 Market St, PMB 98174, San Francisco, California 94104-5401, USA. We have concluded the provider’s data processing agreement, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to the USA. To understand which roles are of interest, we measure whether an email is opened and which links are clicked. This is part of the consent you give when signing up.
Legal basis is your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time via the link at the end of every email or by writing to us. We then delete your data, apart from a record that you unsubscribed, which we keep so that we do not write to you again by mistake.
5. Contact form and job suggestions
If you write to us via the contact form, suggest a job or send us an email, we process what you send: the link, your message and, if you give them, your name and email address. We use this only to review your suggestion or answer your message. The form sends your message to us by email from our own server.
Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a complete job list and in answering enquiries. We delete the data once the matter is settled, at the latest after [six months].
6. Links to job ads and other websites
Job ads open on the website of the respective organisation or its applicant tracking system, and the book link leads to Amazon. We pass no data to these sites. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that site applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17)
- restrict its processing (Art. 18)
- receive it in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3))
Write to us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
8. No automated decisions about you
We use software, including AI, to sort and describe job ads. We do not make automated decisions about the people who use this website.
